Whilst the mind can wander when day-dreaming about peaches… ours go straight to summer and the sun-kissed memories of a perfect peach bellini on the beach. For our summer sour we started with a cheeky kettle sour, accented with peaches. We used Nelson Sauvin SubZero Hop Kief to highlight white vino and passionfruit notes. Saluti!
