Koroit is well known for its rich, volcanic soils which produce some of the country's best potatoes. We wanted to honour the potatoes, growers and spud pickers by crafting a premium vodka with character. Fermented potatoes are pot distilled and blended with pure Otways artisan water for a true celebration of Koroit.

40% ABV
